Herradura Tequila Dinner at ZOCA
Each course is paired with a different expression of Herradura, highlighting how tequila can elevate bold Mexican flavors in unexpected ways.
The evening begins with a Pollo Red Taco with piquen salsa verde and queso fresco, paired with a Herradura Blanco cocktail featuring cilantro, cucumber, lime, and ginger ale.
Next is Maya del Sol tostones topped with barbacoa pork, pickled onion, and crema, paired with Herradura Reposado with mango, lime, and a tajin rim.
For the main course, enjoy braised short ribs with street corn costilla and chipotle cream sauce, paired with Herradura Añejo with pear cognac, lemon, and orange bitters.
The evening finishes with a pistachio churro with caramelized syrup, served alongside Herradura Legend, neat.
