From a bright Centenario Plata with Pear Salsa, to Reposado with Chipotle Sweet Potato Skin, Cristalino Añejo with a Braised Pork Tamale Burrito Bowl, and Añejo served neat with Banana Cream Pie—this is not your typical night at ZOCA.
